Sydney-based watch brand Aiverc has launched a crowd funding campaign on Kickstarter to help fund further production of their architecturally-inspired Jørn Utzon watch collection.
Inspired by Utzon’s architecture masterpieces like the Sydney Opera House, Faena Hotels and Royal Ontario Museum, Aiverc combines the grandeur of prominent structures with premium components to produce the ultimate fashion statement. ‘
After a conducting ample product testing and research, Aiverc chose to use the reputable Miyota 2035 quartz movement by Citizen. This Japanese movement is widely used for its accuracy and reliability. By keeping the case diameter to a reasonable 40mm size, Aiverc is able to ensure a comfortable fit for both men and women.
The watchcases are made of 316L stainless steel that ensures long-term durability and prevents corrosion. Aiverc watches are water-resistant up to 5ATM/50m.Plus, all Aiverc watches are coated with Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) plating, which creates a brilliant, excellent finish and also protects them from elements that could cause damage. The sapphire crystal glass is integrated with anti-reflective coating (AR) for the best viewing experience.
These timepieces come with an option of stylish charms, which utilize a two-sided magnetic design on both the top and bottom. Attaching the charms are extremely easy when using the supplied 5mm hole punch tool (similar to a leather belt hole puncher), so you can punch the hole anywhere you like on the watch’s leather strap. Then, simply insert the bottom of the charm through the hole and attach it to the top.
To achieve the project’s goal of AU$ 20,000, Aiverc has launched a Kickstarter campaign for initial funding. Please visit Aiverc Jørn Utzon Collection Kickstarter Campaign page for more details.
