Swiss watch brand Maurice Lacroix is expanding its AIKON Automatic range by launching a new limited edition model with bronze case and blue dial. Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, this new watch features high-quality design and top-notch finishing. The bronze case acquires a patina over time that is always unique, creates a watch that is trendy, exclusive and original.

The AIKON collection is the descendant of the Calypso. This benchmark model—the brand’s best-selling model of the 1990s—already incorporated the AIKON’s main distinctive features: an integrated water-resistant case and a flat sapphire crystal encircled by the famous six-arm bezel.

With its dynamic angles and pronounced polished and satin-finished surfaces, the AIKON
Automatic Bronze has a real presence on the wrist. It is eye-catching, from the bracelet to the case. The energetic, taut curves and sophisticated play of colors clearly communicate the modern, masculine dimension that Maurice Lacroix’s design imparted to this model with its 42 mm diameter. Its satin-finished edges are polished, as are its six signature AIKON arms on the bezel.

The blue dial of the AIKON Automatic Bronze features an eye-catching motif in relief. It is entirely decorated with small, regular squares. The applied hour markers that circle the dial are plated in pink gold and are supplemented with Arabic numerals at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock. Its bold character, high standard of finishes and ergonomic design make the AIKON Automatic Bronze an extremely sophisticated watch, without impacting its price.

The AIKON Automatic presents a diameter of 42 mm. Water-resistant to 200 m, its steel case is a perfect match for its blue calfskin topstitched strap. It is closed by means of a butterfly clasp, in steel for the parts that are in contact with the skin, and in bronze for the parts that are visible.
