Albert Riele is a Swiss watch brand that traces its origins to 1881.

In 2016 Albert Riele celebrated its 135th anniversary and launched the Family 1881 jubilee collection of uniquely styled watches to celebrate the anniversary.

Family 1881 is the jubilee collection of uniquely styled watches that commemorate the 135th anniversary of the brand. Each model honors the Albert Riele brand its own unique way, whether through its sublime design or the elegance of its technology. A major highlight of this line is the mechanical pocket watch series produced in a limited edition of 135 timepieces.

The heart of every Family 1881 timepiece is its Swiss mechanism – a self-winding movement in wristwatch models, engraved ‘Albert Riele’ on the rotor, and a manually-wound one in pocket watch models, signed with the brand logo on the bridge. The mechanisms are discreetly ornamented, and the workings can be observed through the transparent caseback. With each detail refined, these movements are complemented by the eye-catching nuances of their settings, from dials with sunray finish and ideal indices through to stylized crowns sporting the AR logo.

Apart from the Family 1881 collection, Albert Riele offers Challenger (the watch collection for water-based activities, with optimised functions, water-resistance up to 500 metres and flawless design), Premiere (the premium collection, containing timepieces with various functions, including chronographs), Concerto (tasteful timepieces with automatic movements and comfortable, delicate watches with quartz mechanisms) and Gala (feminine watch models decorated with precious materials – mother-of-pearl and high-quality diamonds) lines.

In addition, the brand occasionally launches limited edition watch models from the above collections.
