Swiss Watch Brand duManège Launches Kickstarter Campaign

Montres duManège SA is a young Swiss watch company founded by Julien Fleury. Based in the watch making region of La Chaux-de-Fonds, the brand has recently launched a Kickstarter crowd funding campaign for its sports watch line, Adventure.

With this online crowd funding campaign, duManège launches six limited series of high-quality Swiss watches, each linked to an outdoor sport. Production of each model is in limited editions of 66 pieces. Five of these models are associated with eminent sports persons of Switzerland as follows.

  • Slide – Yann MOULINIER (Bobsleigh driver)
  • Ball – Neftali MANZAMBI (Soccer player)
  • Motor- Ludovic SOLTERMANN (Driver in the Supermoto Prestige Class)
  • Fight – Zakaria KHELIL (martial arts)
  • Mountain – Julien Fleury (Founder of the brand)
  • Military

Julien Fleury, founder of the duManège watch brand, is also an outstanding sportsman. Sixth model is associated with Military.

These Swiss made sports watches are powered by a self-winding ETA 2824-2 mechanical caliber. Their 42mm high-tech carbon case with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal front glass and a screwed-crown on the left ensures water resistance up to 300 meters. The timepieces are equipped with sports rubber or technical textile fibrous straps.

Since its establishment, duManège has enjoyed an excellent reputation. The entrepreneurial career of its founder Julien Fleury, born in La Chaux-de-Fonds (canton of Neuchâtel), in the street of the Manège where his workshop is also established, never ceases to delight connoisseurs as well as a growing number of collectors. Especially since his sporting achievements are occasionally the subject of honorable media exposure.

By backing the duManège online crowd funding campaign, customers will get the opportunity to pre-order the watch of his/her choice with pledge levels starting from CHF 860 (40% Less than the future retail price). The watches will be delivered in December 2018.
