Swedish Watch Brand Triwa Launches Online Crowd-funding Campaign for Their Humanium Metal Watch Made from Destructed Illegal Firearms

Triwa presents a special limited edition watch collection crafted from Humanium Metal, a new metal made from destructed illegal firearms. With this new collection, the Swedish watch brand joins hands with peace lovers from all over the world to control armed violence, a global epidemic with over 500 million illegal firearms across the world. To fund the initial mass production of Humanium Metal Watch, Triwa has launched a Kickstarter online crowd funding campaign.

The Humanium Metal Watch is available in two sizes: 39 or 34 millimeters with either a vertically brushed dark grey dial or light steel dial featuring classic three hand configuration with punched indexes, red second hand, and date display. All watches come with either an olive green canvas strap made from recycled plastic or a Swedish organically tanned leather strap in black, brown or tan colour.

The Humanium Metal Watch is equipped with the Japanese quartz movement. Other features of the watch include sapphire crystal front glass and revolving style crown.

By backing the online crowd funding campaign customers can pre-order these limited edition watches with highly discounted Kick-starter price starting from SEK 1999 (US$227).
