Swiss luxury watch brand Longines has released the new USA Exclusive HydroConquest models, whose design elements pay homage to the United States.
The USA Exclusive HydroConquest watches feature a high polish, ultra scratch-resistant ceramic insert on its bezel, cleverly contrasted with a unique matte texture applied between 12 o’clock and 3 o’clock.
A streamlined dial enhanced by red indices brings a colorful highlight to the timepiece design, while the initials USA in the bottom right corner of the dial and a luminous numeral 50 in the upper left corner of the bezel pay further tribute to the 50 States.
The colorful ceramic bezel accent carries through to the matching dial, tying together the fully modernized design and sporty silhouette of this 1000-piece exclusive collection. The brilliance of the hands and the hour markers adorned with Super-LumiNova® stand out in sharp contrast to the dark look of the new grey, black, and blue sunray dials.
On the case back, an engraved American flag motif continues the vibrant theme that defines the USA Exclusive HydroConquest collection.
Available in stainless steel, black PVD or grey PVD, these HydroConquest timepieces preserve the traditional style of diving watches, inspired by the unique requirements of the sport. These distinctive characteristics include water-resistance to 300 metres, a unidirectional rotating bezel, screw-down crown and case back, all of which work together to protect its self-winding mechanical movement. Meanwhile, a double security folding clasp with integrated diving extension fastens the sport watch securely to the wrist.
The Longines USA Exclusive HydroConquest Edition watch is perfectly presented in its own specialty packaging in a box including both a rubber and NATO strap – with colors matching the dial-and an ergonomically designed stainless steel, black PVD or grey PVD bracelet.
Measuring 41mm diameter, the watch case houses a mechanical self winding movement that powers three hands and a calendar.
