Giberg Haute Horlogerie Olora and Alagaro

The newly established luxury watch brand Giberg Haute Horlogerie will be presenting a collection of three timepieces – Niura, Olora and Alagaro – at Baselworld 2018. These timepieces are powered with an in-house caliber made for and by the brand, the Giberg Flying Tourbillon “Trilevis 6118” hand-wound mechanical movement.

From the debut watch collections, we have already covered Niura, a feminine, high-jewellery watch creation. Next two timepieces are Olora and Alagaro.

Showcasing the House’s trademark distinctive visual identity with its sapphire dial and caseback, these two watches invite the eye to marvel at the spellbinding dance of the flying tourbillon.

Olora
Olora, the brand’s second women’s watch, is also powered with the Flying Tourbillon “Trilevis 6118” caliber like the other watch models in the debut collection. Trapped between the transparent sapphire case-back and dial, the tourbillon seems to dance in the air under twinkling stars. Seventy brilliant-cut diamonds are set in the white gold 40.55mm-diameter case. The blue ceramic flange echoes the sapphire hour-marker at 11 o’clock, while the case-middle is decorated with a flock of hand-sculpted swans gliding in line.

The attachments set in a swan shape with 64 diamonds bridge the gap between the case and the white calfskin strap. An elegant and refined ode to femininity, the Olora is a single original piece that can be custom-made to order.
