Alpina updates its Startimer Collection by launching a new edition of the Startimer Pilot Quartz Big Date Chronograph.
Since 1921, Alpina has been faithful to one of its major universes: Aviation. This year the brand decided to revive this iconic collection with the launch of several models as well as the announcement of a new partnership with champion air racer, Mike Goulian. Since April 2017, Alpina is the official partner of Team Goulian throughout the exciting Red Bull Air Race World Championships.
The Startimer Pilot Quartz Big Date Chronograph is now introduced in an all-new camouflage color pattern of grey and black in an oversized screwed-in 44 mm black PVD-treated case with large luminous white numerals. The three chronograph counters are showcased at three, six and nine o’clock, including the 1/10th of a second chronograph.
A detailed engraved Alpina Genève logo embellishes the back of the watch. The screwed-in crown offers maximum protection and the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal completes the look, which may reveal to be slightly different from what we expect from a pilot watch but remains true to its strict standards.
The watch is offered with a black genuine leather strap.
