De Bethune DB28 Kind of Blue Tourbillon Meteorite

In this stunning new edition from DB28 line of exclusive mechanical watches, independent Swiss luxury watch manufacture De Bethune incorporates a captivating deep blue dial made with a rare ferrous meteorite that was fallen to earth five thousand years ago and discovered from Santiago del Estero, Argentina.

This blued hand-polished iron meteorite dial with white gold stars imitates the Star studded sky. Matching the dial is a blued and hand-polished grade 5 titanium case that also houses a complex mechanical hand-wound movement whose tourbillon cage is positioned at 6’o clock of the dial.

Hand-polished rose gold hour and minute hands add further elegance to the dial and they display basic time indication along with polished and blued titanium hour ring with pointers in pink gold pointers and satin-polished and blued titanium minutes ring.

The movement beats inside this unique watch boasts several innovations and patents introduced by De Bethune such as Silicon escape wheel encircled with a white gold ring, balance-spring with flat terminal curve and ultra-light 30 second De Bethune Tourbillon in silicon and titanium.

Measuring 42.60 mm diameter, the titanium case in an alluring blue shade has patented, long floating lugs in grade 5 polished and blued titanium and sapphire crystals on front glass. Turning back the timepiece, we can discover a linear power reserve indicator featuring a pink gold hand which is visible through the transparent sapphire crystal secured with pink gold screwed case back.
