Moritz Grossmann ATUM Polo Special Edition for the DUBAI POLO GOLD CUP

From 18 February to 10 March 2017, Moritz Grossmann again has the privilege of co-sponsoring the DUBAI POLO GOLD CUP 2017 alongside Julius Baer and serving the tournament as its Official Timekeeper.

For the four players of the winning team, Moritz Grossmann’s watchmakers created four special-edition ATUM Polo watches: 2 in rose gold and 2 in white gold. Their prominent hallmarks: the hand-engraved DPGC 2017 signature in the case flank and the striking gold mesh beneath the sapphire crystal.

During the finals on 10 March 2017, the public can discover the classic versions of the ATUM as well as all of the other models of the Moritz Grossmann manufacture. At that point, the motto is again: great polo meets pure watchmaking artistry.

The Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is a location worthy of the “Game of Kings” in every respect. Thanks to the initiative of Mohammed Al Habtoor, a latest-generation polo centre and academy was created on the outskirts of metropolitan Dubai. Polo history is being written again precisely where the sport was conceived over 2500 years ago. In 17 years, the DUBAI POLO GOLD CUP has advanced to become the most prestigious tournament in the Middle East. A year ago, Moritz Grossmann CEO Christine Hutter presented four watches to the winning team of United Arab Emirates Polo captained by Her Highness ShaikhaMaitha bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
