The Glorious Knight collection from DeWitt offers a subtle mix of modernity and elegance, now with a new aesthetic for its dial and in a wide colour palette. Dewitt owes this creative freedom to its dial-making workshops, whose teams possess all the highly complex expertise required to create these dials in-house using traditional artistic crafts. Dials featuring guilloché-work, enamelling and lacquering are also crafted by hand in these workshops.
The subtle combination of steel and black PVD on a robust 42 mm case reinforces the contemporary spirit of the watch. The famous imperial column motif, a tribute to the historical legacy of the DeWitt family, is still present. The Glorious Knight HMS boasts an automatic movement with a power reserve lasting around 42 hours.
Finally, the new Glorious Knight HMS line meets the high standards of finish adopted by the DeWitt Manufacture since its creation, with satin-finished, polished, and chamfered surfaces. The high quality of finishing work also applies to the oscillating weight with personalised “Côtes de Genève”, and to the case back stamped with “Clous de Paris”, featuring a medallion carrying the brand logo. There is also a “W” engraved on the crown.
The first line by Dewitt to be fashioned in stainless steel, the Glorious Knight HMS watch can be purchased from 6,000 Swiss Francs.
