Grayton Automatic Watches
Established by Remi Chabrat, Grayton is a young watch brand specialised in the production of elegant automatic watches. Remi Chabrat has more than twenty years of experience in the watch business with Montrichard Group, where he was involved in the manufacturing of timepieces for famous brands.
Thanks to his extensive experience in the watch manufacturing business, Remi Chabrat realised the positive trend in the market for affordable mechanical timepieces. After recruiting a small team of trusted and experienced colleagues, he established his own watch brand Grayton to produce high quality automatic watches for budget conscious customers.
After developing a prototype, the team first launched the 44mm size for men at the end of 2015. As of now, the company has three sizes of watches (44mm, 40mm and 36mm) and plans on expanding more when it comes to watch details and accessories.
The brand offers a line of stainless steel automatic watches fit for both men and women, available in 36mm, 40mm and 44mm sizes.
Designed in New York, these timepieces combine both up-to-date fashions with classic designs and are the ideal timepieces to wear in any occasion.
Grayton Automatic Watches are equipped with SEIKO NH-35 Japanese self-winding movements. The mechanical movement can be admired through the transparent case back.
Grayton offers two styles for the dial: original and vintage. The original features a one-color satin dial while the vintage features a sunray dial gradient that shifts from one color to another. Inside the DNA of the original Grayton line are Arabic numeral indexes, elegantly underlined by a subtle minute track and a date window framed by the same metal that encases each individual Grayton.
Additionally, sword shaped hands sweep around the dial, silently going around every 60 seconds. The hands and numbers are painted using super luminova.
Grayton offers several choices when it comes to the leather strap. One option is the alligator embossed one, which uses a leather strap with specific detailing to make the strap look like alligator skin. Also available is genuine leather strap that either uses white or black stitching as a detail. These straps come in black and brown and, like all leather, are not waterproof.
The timepieces are also available with stainless steel bracelet. All Grayton watches are water resistant for up to 10 ATM or 100 meters.
Placed in the accessible luxury segment, Grayton mechanical watches are available in a price range between $225.00 USD and $265.00 USD.
