Jaguar timepieces brand, founded in 1938 in Switzerland, has been owned by the Festina Group since 1989. The brand, which is known for its quality and Swiss-made precision, is introducing the new Automatic Special Edition 2016.
The automatic movement, made by prestigious Swiss movement company Soprod, a company of the Festina Group, with central 3 hands indicating hours, minutes and seconds. A special feature is the exposed balance wheel, which can be seen at 6 O’clock through the open heart dial. The 25-jewels movement oscillates at 28,800 Vph (4 Hz) and has a power reserve of 42 hours.
The watch will be available in three versions: blue PVD stainless case with a rose gold PVD bezel (J812); black PVD stainless steel case and bezel (J813); rose gold PVD stainless steel case with a black PVD bezel (J814). All three are 45mm in diameter, and are fitted with shaped rubber straps, and have decorative screws on the bezel.
