Gruppo Gamma, the young watch brand specialised in the manufacturing of homage watches, announces its latest timepiece, the Divemaster.
An ideal tool watch for divers, Gruppo Gamma‘s Divemaster draws inspiration from the legendary dive watches of 1950s such as Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, Zodiac Sea Wolf and Rolex Submariner.
The Divemaster is equipped with the Seiko SII NH35A (4R35), automatic movement. The surgical grade stainless steel case with double-domed sapphire crystal and screw in crown can with stand extreme pressures to 30 atm (300 m/ 1100 ft). Its unidirectional 120-click bezel marks elapsed time, with sapphire inlay for scratch resistance and luminescent markers for visibility in the dark.
Expected to be released in October 2016, the Divemaster will be available in two basic versions: D-01 and its variants feature sandwich dials, and the D-02 an embossed dial with raised markers and a date window.
