Swiss watch brand Armand Nicolet announces the launch of its first Jumping Hour collection.
The HS2 (the acronym of Heures Sautantes) is the product of the spectacular work of the watchmakers that took inspiration from some old movements to develop new mechanisms and decided to take on this task: to offer all the Armand Nicolet lovers one of the most elegant and eye-catching models that’s nowadays on the market.
Because of the craftsmanship involved and the time-consuming nature of these watches, only about a dozen top watchmaking brands create them as part of their regular collections.
The HS2, in addition to the classical hours, minutes, seconds pattern typical of the jumping hour models, is a pure aesthetic exercise: our watchmakers put all their efforts in producing this aesthetically characterized timepiece.
The skeletonized dial, the lower dial plate with cotes de Genève pattern and the guilloche are all features that identify Armand Nicolet artistic touch, but their concentration into a so intriguingly different complication is something unique for the market.
This modified jumping hour automatic movement will be available in the stainless steel version with silver, blue, grey and black dial colour along with alligator strap.
