The Seiko Prospex collection welcomes a new Kinetic GMT watch designed for Land Sports.
The new Seiko Prospex Land Sports model is ideal for mountaineering and other land based adventure and sports activities. The Kinetic GMT movement offers one second-a-day precision and the security of never needing a battery change. The cushion-shaped case is robust and allows for easy use of the rotating bezel, which carries a compass for secure and rapid orientation.
Presently four references are available: SUN047, SUN049, SUN051 and SUN053. Each timepiece houses the Kinetic GMT 5M85 movement inside its 45.6mm case made of stainless steel.
Three models (SUN049, SUN051 and SUN053) feature stainless steel cases. SUN049P1 comes with a black dial and stainless steel bracelet; SUN051P1 with a green dial and brown leather strap; and SUN053 with a black dial and black leather strap. SUN047P1 features a black dial and black hard-coated steel case and bracelet.
All models spotlight large hour markers, with the four cardinal markers in triangular shape. The dial hosts four centrally placed hands for indicating the hour, minute, seconds and an additional time zone. The centre dial features 24H scale and a date display window (at 4.30H). The tones of hands, indices and texts vary in each reference.
Fitted with a Hardlex glass, screwed see-through case-back and screw-down crown, the Seiko Prospex Kinetic GMT Land Sports watch is water resistant up to 100 meters.
