Jaeger-LeCoultre now offers a new high jewellery version of its Reverso Duetto Classique model. Featuring an instantly recognisable profile, the sparkling new Reverso Duetto Classique is adorned with precious stones lighting up its pink gold case and one of its dials – a first in this collection.
In keeping with the spirit of the line, the twin faces of this watch provide alternative wearing options featuring contrasted aesthetic approaches.
The front dial is entirely paved with brilliant-cut diamonds in three different sizes thus offering a hypnotic visual effect. The linear-set gems accentuate the Art Deco spirit of the watch, while their carefully arranged diameters intrigue the eye by creating a sense of movement.
The back is dark, restrained and contemporary, creating a striking contrast with its later ego. The pink gold frame accentuates the sense of depth and highlights the velvet finish in the centre and the sunburst guilloché pattern around the outside. The rounded curves of the Arabic numerals stand out against the rigorously geometrical stage-setting, thereby heightening the feminine allure of the watch.
In keeping with the concept of the Duetto collection first launched in 2007, a single movement drives the displays on both dials: manually-wound JaegerLeCoultre Calibre 865.
