DOXA 8 Days Manufacture Limited Edition
Swiss watch maker DOXA is celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2014 and to commemorate this historical moment, the brand is re-launching its historical masterpiece, the DOXA 8 DAYS MANUFACTURE.
In 1907 DOXA was the first Swiss watch company to patent the 8 DAYS caliber movement. Driven by an original DOXA manufacture movement, the new DOXA 8 DAYS MANUFACTURE is homage to its founder, Georges Ducommun.
Representing the heritage and expertise in the manufacturing fine mechanical watches, this jubilee watch comes in an over sized case with “Côtes de Genève” finishing on the watch movement, engraved by hand, 21 stones and blued screws.
The DOXA 8 DAYS MANUFACTURE is available in four different black or white dial designs. Either open-heart or not, with or without power reserve indicator or in the black “Pilot” option.
The construction of the watch and its movement are visible thanks to the transparent sapphire crystal case back. The original 8 DAYS caliber is housed in a stainless steel or a 10 micron rose gold plated case.
The genuine black or brown alligator leather strap adds a timeless and elegant touch to this heritage watch.
Each DOXA 8 DAYS MANUFACTURE watch is presented in an elegant Chinese black laquer box. This special edition is limited to 125 pieces.
