Bentley, the La Chaux-de-Fonds based Swiss watch brand unveils an 18 carat yellow version of Denarium Power Reserve, their latest timepiece from the Denarium collection.
The Bentley Denarium collection took its design inspiration from minted coins during the time of ancient Rome; the meticulously finished watch rings features coin-edged double curves, signifying Bentley artisan’s utmost respect for precision craft in watchmaking. The collection conjures up imagination of wealth, auspiciousness and prosperity, and punctually conveys time as leisure commodity in men’s life.
New for 2014 is the Denarium Power Reserve, the timepiece is housed in solid 18-carat yellow gold case and powered by a mechanical movement (TT738 RD PR) from TechnoTime S.A. with automatic winding mechanism featuring 43 jewels. The dial exhibits simple Roman numeral hour index, date display is plated in gold and positioned between 1 and 2 o’clock position with retrograde function.
Power reserve when fully wounds powers the watch for 120 hours, and power reserve indicator is positioned at 5 o’clock position. An open barrel at 9 o’clock position shows the visible balance, and sapphire crystal is installed on the caseback exhibiting the movement and customized rotor designed by Bentley.
The Denarium Power Reserve is supplied with a black alligator leather strap.
