Jean Kazes Explorer (For HORA NOVA AHCI, in Association with Vincent Calabrese)

Jean Kazes is a world renowned watchmaker who is specialised in the art of mechanical clocks and horological sculptures. Jean, a member of Switzerland’s Watchmaking Academy of Independent Creators (AHCI), now collaborates with Vincent Calabrese, the world famous master watch maker to create some exceptional horology masterpieces. Vincent Calabrese, a senior member of AHCI has been associated with the manufacturing of some excellent watchmaking complications and wrist watches.

The collaboration between these two horology maestros has given rise to the Explorer clock, a stunning horology sculpture. This entirely mechanical and hand-crafted timepiece displays the hours and minutes. Its mechanical movement with key winding, entirely developed and hand-crafted by Jean Kazes and Vincent Calabrese, offers 8-day power reserve.

Other models issued in small limited series or as one-of-a-kind creations may be fitted with striking mechanisms or other additional complications on request.
