The vibrant island state of Hawaii in United States is the home to a new emerging watch brand – Individual Design by Mark Carson. Founded by Watch designer Mark Carson in 2010, the Individual Design of Honolulu offers extra ordinary and Mark Carson timepieces inspired from the world of Design and Hawaiian culture.
Its debut watch line – Ka La (The Sun in Hawaiian Language) – offers exceptional mechanical watches inspired from the design of Sun dial. These timepieces are designed by Mark Carson himself and assembled by a well trained watchmaker in Hawaii.
Equipped with Swiss made ETA 2824 -2 automatic movements, the timepieces from Ka La Collection carry the vibrancy of Hawaii as well as the expertise of Swiss watch-making. Each timepiece is serially numbered and the exhibition case back enables to admire the ticking movement inside.
The collection is again divided into – Ka La Classic, Ka La Roman and Special order versions. The Ka La Classic models feature silver or black sunray dials and round lumed hour markers. The Ka La Roman models feature Silver, white or black dials with Roman numeral hour markers.
The Ka La collection models are also available on special order. The models with silver/white dial features blue hands and with black dial features red or rose gold hands. The models are available in steel, PVD black or PVD rose gold cases.
