Moreover, the crown is placed at 12 o’clock to prevent the ropes from getting caught during mountain climbing. It is also easy to operate. This crown positing also ensures optimum comfortability for the wrist. Furthermore, to avoid damages due to irregular atmospheric pressure changes, the screw bezel incorporates a special structure that maintains high air-tightness even when the atmospheric pressure of the outside air drops.

The matte black dial with contrasting white hands and hour markers offers enhanced visibility. The broad sized hands and indexes incorporate Lumibright for enhancing the dial readability in the darkness. The tip of the 24 hour hand and the numerals representing the 24-H scale are in red color. Just like its predecessor (SBDB005), the Landmaster MIURA Everest 2013 model displays the date at 3H and power reserve at 4H.

Made according to the demands of Miura, Seiko Prospex SBDB007 is a robust, lightweight, durable and easy to use timepiece suitable for adventurers, mountaineers and land sports enthusiasts. It is a limited edition of 300 pieces.
