A. Lange & Söhne enhances its DATOGRAPH line with a new model: The DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN.

With the DATOGRAPH, the prestigious German watchmaking brand presented a chronograph of hitherto unknown precision and aesthetic appeal. The DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN is the latest evolution of this iconic watch.

Equipped with the manual-winding Caliber L951.6, DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN features flyback chronograph function, patented big date display and power reserve indicator. Visible through the sapphire crystal case back, the movement is splendidly engraved, grinded and polished by hand.

A stand out feature of the A. Lange & Söhne DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN is its new power reserve indication at 6 o’clock, which shows how much of the power reserve, now extended to 60 hours. Like DATOGRAPH, this new model maintains clear and harmonious dial design.

Instant consecutive time measurements can be performed easily with its ingenious flyback mechanism. The equilateral triangle formed by the big date, minutes hand and small seconds emphasises the aesthetic appeal of the chronograph and guarantees perfect legibility.

The new DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN features a 41mm diameter platinum case and a solid silver black dial with argenté sub-dials.
