Swiss luxury watch brand Emile Chouriet has added a new collection to its portfolio: The Léman collection.
The Léman watch reminds us of the history of Mr Emile Chouriet, who had two nationalities, like Léman Lake (or Lake Geneva) located in both Switzerland and France. In the seventeenth century, Mr Emile Chouriet, to whom Montres Chouriet pays tribute, moved from France to Geneva.
Léman Lake is the most famous lake in Switzerland. Geneva, the elegant city, and its neighbouring picturesque towns and villages sitting on the banks of Léman Lake, combine to form a capital of Art (in Switzerland), the home to world-famous watchmaking, culture and gastronomy.
The Léman collection gives an added wonderful touch to this exclusive “Riviera” atmosphere. Geneva is the perfect place for leisure, fine dining and sophisticated culture. That’s why Montres Chouriet wanted to honour it with the Léman collection and its first models for men which are distinguished gold timepieces with an automatic movement.
A darker or a whiter dial visibly displays the hours, the minutes and the date and the design puts a strong focus on detail. But the major characteristic of the Léman collection is that it is so slim, making it very comfortable to wear: one of the delicate aspects of the Emile Chouriet heritage expressed in this collection.
