For the first time ever, Zeno-Watch Basel is launching a watch with permanent illumination that guarantees unprecedented readability in darkness. The watch emits light without requiring a battery, a charging process of any kind, or the actuation of a push-button.
This is possible thanks to a new gaseous tritium light source system with the name Trigalight®. It never needs to be recharged and requires no servicing whatsoever. These sources are 100 times brighter than any other comparable illumination systems available on the market. Trigalight® vials have a service life of more than 10 years.
The exceptionally brawny timepiece features a teflon-coated steel case with a diameter of 45 mm. The crown is a screw-down type, and a sapphire-crystal glass protects the dial of the 3-hand quartz watch.
The eye-catching nylon strap is decorated with an orange-colored stripe. The strap and the rotatable bezel with red numerals are prominent features that inspire confidence in extreme situations.
