Right from its creation the Torpedo Caribeño, better known as the “Pirata” was a great success thanks to its very strong identity, unique design and vanguard technology, inspired by the intriguing history of XVIII century piracy. Introduced in 2011, this timepiece takes its name from Englishman Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard, the most famous pirate in history. Cuervo y Sobrinos adds an important milestone to its already rich history: the “Barbanegra”, offered in the Cronógrafo and Solo Tiempo versions, will not let its owner pass unobserved.

Extremely attractive, sporty and manly, the “swashbuckler” has an all-new, all-black look (except for the titanium rings clasping the case) thanks to its DLC coating, a technique for coloring materials providing the utmost resistance and hardness.
