The Black Label Collection is a unique watch collection, available only for the owners of a F.P.Journe timepiece.
Chronometers by F.P.Journe -Invenit et Fecit- possess a powerful aesthetic identity. They reflect a new vision of contemporary watch making. Their designer, who is above all a master watchmaker, wanted simple, companionable yet spectacular watches of round shape guaranteeing the best using of space, with modernity and classicism embodying a timeless spirit highly sought after by collectors.
All realized in 18K rose gold, the exclusive and innovative F.P.Journe movements are entirely invented and made in the workshops of the Geneva Manufacture. His dials are the authentic faces of his watches and their elegant features do far more than simply showing the time; they reveal the most hidden secrets of its mysterious mechanical gear-trains.
With a production limited to less than 900 exclusive timepieces per year, F.P.Journe wanted to offer an even more exclusive timekeeper that would be available only to F.P.Journe collectors, the Black Label collection was born. With a case in Platinum, precious metal amongst all, F.P.Journe has created an appealing dial in blackened Gold that completes the elegance of the Black Label collection.
F.P.Journe designs his watches from the dial down, paying for looks with mechanical ingenuity, revealing the most hidden secrets of its mysterious mechanical gear-trains. Thanks to his own dial-makers’ workshop, François-Paul Journe has no need to make any concessions which allows his imagination to roam freely. His dials are the authentic faces of his watches and their elegant features do far more than simply showing the time.
The Black Label Collection is available only in the 10 F.P.Journe Boutiques around the world and distributed under a very strict calendar: 12 pieces per Boutique and per year, and 2 pieces maximum for each model of the F.P.Journe collection. The Black Label Collection is available for all F.P.Journe models, except the Grande Sonnerie.
The Boutiques F.P.Journe display the complete collection of watches introduced by experts in horology, including the Black Label line, reserved exclusively for them, as well as Limited Series and Anniversary Editions. Their refined decoration allows the visitor to enter an exclusive watch universe in a refined, elegant and comfortable environment, for the discovery of these rare witnesses of the history of time.
