Italian watch brand Anonimo Firenze presents the Carbon Diver, their latest timepiece which is partly built from carbon. A new material to Anonimo, carbon is remarkable for its lightness, strength and great looks. This watch will be produced in a limited series of 200 numbered pieces.
This model is based on the brand’s opening price watch, the Sailor Diver, which was issued in 2007. This sport watch, was created bearing in mind its usage for recreational diving and sailing, as it is waterproof to 300 meters. The watch case has the smallest diameter (42 mm) and thickness (13.30 mm) of Anonimo’s entire collection, which also makes it the lightest, and therefore easier to wear and more suitable for sports activities.
Anonimo now issues the same Sailor Diver model with a carbon dial and a carbon bezel. This material finds more and more application presently in shipbuilding, as well sail boats and motor boats, because of its characteristics of lightness and strength. These characteristics make this totally fit with our strategy to issue a watch that is light enough to be used for recreational diving and sailing.
The dial has been re-designed for improved reading purposes, with 4 large Arabic numerals (at 12, 3, 6 and 9 hours).
