Introduced in 2010, this limited edition quartz watch from the GS 9F Series commemorates the 50th anniversary of Grand Seiko.

The Grand Seiko Quartz Cal. 9F62 usually offers an outstanding precision with annual difference of ± 10 seconds. For the 50th anniversary commemorate model (SBGX075), the brand created a specially designed version of this movement with an annual difference of ± 5 seconds. At the 6 o’clock position of the dial, a pentagonal star mark symbolizes this extraordinary precision.

Limited to 500 pieces, Grand Seiko SBGX075 features a beautiful silvery white (frosted) dial. It has a blue centre second hand, a common feature of the 50th anniversary watch models. This timepiece can be easily identified from the 18K yellow gold Lion emblem and “50th Anniversary” engraving near the date window at 3 o’clock.

The Grand Seiko 50th anniversary ref. SBGX075 quartz watch comes with 37mm diameter stainless steel case. Water resistant to 100 meters, it features a solid, screw-down case-back in steel with the iconic Lion emblem, the letters “50th Anniversary 1960-2010” and the limited edition serial number.
