Girard-Perregaux ww.tc – Lady is a charmingly curvaceous watch complication dedicated to today’s adventuresses and international businesswomen. This worldtimer offers the simple, simultaneous display of local time and the other time zones.
On its dial, a disc indicating the 24 hours is synchronised with the hour hand. Then the second mobile disc, which indicates the names of the 24 cities – one for each time zone –, simply has to be adjusted accordingly. This variation of the collection ww.tc embodies all aspects of the feminine personality, from the dynamism generated by other time zones, to a sweet sensuality.
Available in steel, pink gold and white gold versions, Girard-Perregaux ww.tc – Lady features a gem-set bezel adorned with diamonds. At 41 mm, it has an imposing diameter, the case having been carefully designed in order that the lugs wrap themselves snugly around the wrist.
These timepieces come with mother of pearl dials. A diamond-paved dial variant is also available. Depending upon the version, Girard-Perregaux ww.tc – Lady watch is provided with an alligator or satin strap. The crowns are set with onyx cabochons or diamonds (in case of ww.tc Lady Jewellery models).
Confirming its avowed intention to develop women’s watches that are both elegant and technical, Girard-Perregaux has provided this timekeeper with an automatic winding movement which, as well as the “hours of the world” function, displays a power reserve indicator and a small seconds hand.
The self-winding GP GP033G0 caliber can be admired through the transparent case back. It provides a power reserve of 46 hours.
