Rainer Nienaber Digimat Watch

Germany watch company Nienaber Uhren Bünde presents a new watch model Rainer Nienaber Digimat which comes with an unusual time display with no hands. Under the dial, display discs rotate to show the correct time. The hours display jumps forward at just the right moment to the next hour, while the minutes and seconds displays move forward continuously.

The date display in the lower half of the dial has a quick-set mechanism for rapid correction. The German-made PUW 1561-D movement has 25 jewels, the escapement oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, and the power reserve is about 40 hours.

The stainless steel case measures approximately 39 mm x 45 mm and is 12 mm thick. Domed mineral watch-glass, glazed case-back. Strictly limited edition of only 25 individually numbered watches.
