This is made from a single piece which is relief-embossed with seven strikes – a technique which requires the highest levels of horological skill.

An unconventional watch requires an unusual production method. This starts with a blank that is too thick, from which the dial, including the indices, will be embossed. The counters are then milled out and the indices are bevelled. The relief pattern fits perfectly with the extravagant style of the Averin Chronograph.

The innovative and eye-catching date indicator takes the form of a three-arm hand. The days, months and moon phases are shown in the dial windows of the chronograph. Red accents on the counters and on the second hand reinforce the flamboyant effect and also improve readability. Large watches are currently particularly sought after, and the exquisite design of this watch also demands these larger dimensions to show it off to its best advantage. Despite its size, the UNION GLASHÜTTE Averin Chronograph sits well on the wrist – an indication of its balanced proportions.

The screwed-on sapphire-crystal back affords you a clear view of the U 7751 ETA chronograph movement specially made and finished in Glashütte. Your eye is drawn by the quality of the exclusive, rhodinised rotor bearing with the skeletonised brand lettering on the rotor plate finish with Glashütte stripes. The movement itself is also finished with the fine stripe pattern and circular-grain decoration.
