At Basel-world 2008, Louis Erard unveiled new “1931” models in chocolate tones.
In 1931, the very first Louis Erard watch appeared on the market. Almost eighty years on, the 1931 remains crucial to the brand as it embodies High Horlogerie at affordable prices: the finest movements, classic yet contemporary models, and very attractive prices. This very appealing formula has now inspired the watchmaker to offer its legendary 1931 Collection in a new colour: chocolate.
Meeting today’s trend for browns, Louis Erard is offering a range of watches in its benchmark collection that are both masculine and harmonious.
The Louis Erard 1931 Moon Phase watch moon phase watch is now available in a new version featuring chocolate dial with silvered indexes. This 40mm watch in stainless steel features a beautiful moon-phase indicator at 6 o’ clock. It also features triple calendar with day and month windows at 12 o’ clock and a centre hand for displaying the date.

The brand has also released an open-worked 1931 Moon Phase model endowed with chocolate tones. Both models feature chocolate-toned leather strap.

Also available in several other dial versions (silvered, black, opalin silver skeleton and black skeleton), the Louis Erard 1931 Moon Phase watch houses a mechanical self-winding movement (ETA 2824-2) with the Dubois Dépraz 9000 module.

Driven by the hand-winding ETA Peseux 7001 mechanical movement, the Louis Erard 1931 Small seconds is now available with a chocolate dial with silvered indices.

An open-worked chocolate model is also offered. This 40mm manual-winding stainless steel watch with a small seconds at 6 o’ clock also exists in silvered, black, opalin silver skeleton and black skeleton dial versions.
Louis Erard has also released a new chocolate dial version of its 1931 GMT Big Date watch. Dedicated to global travelers, this automatic watch combines big date and dual time zone functions thanks to the ETA 2892 movement with TT651 module. A chocolate skeleton dial variant is also available.

Dressed in a 40mm stainless steel case, the Louis Erard 1931 GMT Big Date watch also exists in silvered, black, opalin silver skeleton and black skeleton dial versions.

The 44 mm 1931 Chrono is now available with a chocolate dial featuring silvered indices. This stainless steel chronograph houses the ETA 7750 Valjoux self-winding movement.

Introduced in 2007, the Louis Erard 1931 Chrono is also available with silvered and black dial options.
