Leela Divya is the latest addition to one of CENTURY’s most prestigious product lines. Its name is drawn from the Sanskrit word “Leela”, meaning “game”, and the Hindi term “Divya”, or “divine”.
CENTURY’s craftsmen have chosen to create this exceptional timepiece in 18 ct. yellow gold, Leela Divya’s heart is a case sculpted from CENTURY sapphire, the brand’s timeless signature. Master craftsmen cut and polished the sapphire by hand into an elegantly square silhouette whose 36 facets blaze with a thousand dazzling fires.
Finespun tracery, plays of colour and flashes of light come together in haute couture for a diva, as CENTURY’s skilled artisans elected to magnify sapphire’s appeal with the seduction of diamonds.
The pink mother-of-pearl dial features twelve diamond hour markers. 32 diamonds (totaling 1.08 ct.) grace the case rim formed by the sapphire frame and the 18 ct. yellow gold back. Six princess-cut pink sapphires (weighing 0.46 ct.) link the back to the bracelet. Its multiple square links in 18 ct. yellow gold form an interlocking array enhanced with a pair of princess cut pink sapphires totalling 0.15 ct. A discreet diamond-tipped crown adds a final grace note to this stunning composition.
