Japanese luxury watch brand Credor expands its Node series by introducing three new models: GCAT989, GCAT991 and GCAT992.
Introduced in 1974, Credor is a premium brand of Seiko Watch Corporation. The Credor Node is a fine dress watch lineup launched in 2004. This collection emphasizes the spirit of Japanese splendor, by fusing contrasting elements such as softness and sharpness.
The new Credor Node quartz watches (GCAT989, GCAT991 and GCAT992) come with ultra-thin stainless steel cases measuring 36.0mm in diameter and 5.4mm in thickness. The case has been finely polished by combining outstanding precision processing technology and the skill of craftsmen. The stainless steel bracelet emphasizes the thinness by adding slopes on both sides.
The model GCAT992 is mounted with an 18K pink gold bezel where as GCAT989 and GCAT991 have steel bezels. The former also features 18K pink gold inserts in the steel bracelet.
All the three models have distinctive dial designs that also fuse some emblematic features of Credor. Firstly, they spotlight a minimalistic time only configuration with two centre hands (hour and minute) and long yet thin indexes. The boldly laid out Arabic numerals 2, 4 and 7 on the dial express the feeling of cherishing the time that flows continuously for 24 hours and 7 days.
Credor GCAT992 has a calm silver gray dial with three-dimensional 2, 4 and 7 numerals and gold hands. GCAT991 comes with a silver dial and blue hands. It has a non-reflective coating on the inner surface of the glass, so that the numbers 2, 4 and 7 emerge due to the reflection of light depending on the viewing angle. GCAT989 expresses 2, 4 and 7 more impressively by the luster of the rainbow-colored white mother of pearl in the jet-black dial, which also hosts two silver-toned hour and minute hands.
All the three models feature steel case-back, which is secured to the main case-body with six screws. They house the Calibre 8J80 quartz movement.
