Introduced in 2005, EPOS Ref. 3373 is a mechanical complication watch with the five-minute repeater function.
Inside beats an automatic movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. It has a luxury finish, with a genuine “perlage” and blued steel screws.
The base movement is ETA 2892-A2. EPOS modified this self-winding calibre and incorporated the Dubois Dépraz DD88 module for the additional five-minute repeater function.
The EPOS Five Minute Repeater watch in stainless steel was proposed in two versions featuring a white dial with Roman numerals or Arabic numbers. Each dial variant was limited to 200 pieces worldwide.
By pressing the push-button, the user triggers the bell mechanism: the first set of strokes sounds the hours (one note each), the second set of strokes indicates the 5 minutes periods (two strokes for each period of 5 minutes).
The 42.5mm in diameter case of this EPOS classic five minute repeater watch is fitted with a curved sapphire crystal glass and mineral glass exhibition case-back.
