Introduced in 2006, this sporty 24-hour DualPhase® watch from CYCLOS features a rubber strap. Thus especially the “a.m./p.m.” models appear even more sporty. The hour scale on the dial is formed by an outwardly winding spiral in red which indicates the hours “ante meridiem”, and an inwardly winding spiral in blue which indicates the hours “post meridiem”.
In keeping with the other models, the watch combines the advantages of a classical analogue time display with a clear differentiation between the cycles of day and night, resp. a.m. and p.m. This involves the hours being read off two eccentric cycles. The patented DualPhase® module controls the length of the hour hand, which follows the day and night curves, resp. the a.m. and p.m. spirals in succession, indicating the complete 24 hours of the day.
